Doña Rosario Cocina & Restaurant - Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Hesperia, CA

Family owned, Mexican restaurant and meat market. They have really good prices on their food menu. I opted for the Chile Relleno plate and my wife had the Green Chilaquiles plate. Both were excellent and hands down better than Alazanes and a few other Mexican restaurants here in Hesperia. I'm definitely looking forward to going back soon to try their tacos and burritos!

This place can be hard to spot at first because of its location. It is inside of a small strip mall towards the back of the parking area, which places it behind the building that faces the road ( Hisperia Rd). So it is not easy to see. Yet this place is a small gem if you like Mexican food/treats. They are set up as sort of a butcher shop because you can buy just about any meat, and also shrimp and other things, fresh, by the pound. But you can also ask for your food to be prepped there so you can eat it inside or take it home with you already cooked. They make burritos, quesabirrias, quesotacos, regular tacos, tamales, etc. And you can get them with rice and beans or salad as well. Their meats range from chicken to Chile Verde, to carnitas, birria (goat or beef), carne asada and more, They have only been open just under a month so they need traffic. They are about 3/4 mile south of Bear Valley Rd. on Hisperia Rd. If you haven't visited yet, go check them out.

Stopped by for the first time at this location, it's kind of hidden in the back of a parking lot not easy to spot. We gave it a try and got some menudo, It was really good the service by the lady was amazing.This place has a lot of potential highly recommend

Saw this place on Facebook and realized it was not far from us. Going there, it was a pretty good experience. The owner was one of the nicest people I met. When we got there, there was a bit of a back up on orders. The owner came out and apologized for the slow service. About 10 minutes later, he came out with everyone's food and apologized once again. The food though, was well worth the wait. It tastes phenomenal. Some of the best chilli verde I've ever had. Would one hundred percent recommend this place.

The chips and salsa were great 10/10 mango smoothie 10/10 I got the small or medium and it came in a large the pozole it was good needed more granitos they just gave me all meat 10/10 will e coming back

We came on a Sunday morning for breakfast. The owner was there and was very grateful for us being there. Food is so good! This restaurant made my choice for having the best chiliquiles, menudo, and posole. They have a pretty decent meat market and make fresh tamales daily as well as their salsas. Highly recommend this restaurant to others! Everything on the menu is made fresh to order. Must check it out.

The service here is excellent, very friendly. Their food is amazing, I wish I could give this restaurant 10++++++++++++++star, but I will have to settle for a 5 start plus. The horchata was perfect. I had the chicken taco and quesobirria taco. Both tacos were amazing

Came from Washington state to see the famous 6lb burrito and it was a cool experience food was great service was no doubt on the meal would travel here again in the future
